About Stacey
I have been teaching for the last 15 years with hundreds of students. I've taught private in-home cooking lessons, and I was also a culinary arts instructor at a high school. I've taught everything from basic knife skills, food safety and sanitation, basic culinary terms, to advanced items such as bread baking, various cooking methods, international cuisine, etc.... Quite a few of my students have gone on to pursue a career in culinary arts by either going to culinary school or working in the restaurant business.

Accepted as a Sophomore and started taking workshops/classes at the age of 15.
Intense study/focus on baking and pastry.
Winner of Best Portfolio and graduated with honors, 3.9 GPA.
Internship from 2004 to 2005 with Master Chef Walter Leible, Certified Executive Chef Eric Watson and Certified Pastry Chef JoAnn Ayres.
2002 High School Diploma : Cactus High School - Glendale, AZ
Graduated with honors, 3.75 GPA.
C-CAP member and competitor.
