About Puja
Hi, I'm Puja, the founder of Nosh Me Good, a Canberra-based cooking school dedicated to bringing people together through delicious, hands-on cooking experiences.
As a qualified chef with professional kitchen and patisserie experience, I'm passionate about helping people build confidence in the kitchen. My classes are warm, interactive, and suitable for everyone from complete beginners to enthusiastic home cooks.
I specialize in Indian and Indian fusion cuisine, artisan breads and flavor-packed vegetarian cooking. Rather than simply following recipes, you'll learn the techniques, tips, and "why" behind each step, so you can recreate dishes with confidence at home.
