About Franchesca
Hi, my name is Franchesca and I have been a CSEP- CPT for 5 years.
I am a very active individual. Personally, I enjoy resistance training and Muay Thai.
A little background information about myself: I went to Durham College and graduated with a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma. I applied what I've learned in school into my personal life and I became the healthiest version of myself. It has become a positive habit that I pride myself in. I'd love to discuss how it can can do the same for you.
I strive to bet better at what I do by keeping up with ever-changing evidence based research and attending conferences. Most of all, I love learning from my clients.
