About Isabella
I'm an experienced Cross Training Coach and Personal Trainer offering one on one training.
I specialise in weightlifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and coordination.
I'm also in my last year of studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, so I have experience writing programs and engaging with healthy populations and those with chronic conditions.

Whether you're looking to increase your fitness, strength or want to learn new skills - I can provide you will the coaching to do it!
Sessions will run for one hour and include the warm up, main exercise session and a cool down. These can be online or at my home gym in Elanora. This space is fully equipped with weights, a pull up rig, rower, bike and more.
These sessions are open to all ages and experience levels. Whether you've never touched a barbell before or you're a seasoned trainer, you will receive personalised training sessions to cater to your goals.
