About Hervin
Being a certified tutor, I've always wanted to take up tutoring outside of the university. I like the best for my students and will work extra hard to ensure they get the help they need. One of the most important qualities a tutor should have is patience. Patience is imperative in a job like tutoring as your end goal is to make sure the student succeeds, regardless of how long it takes. I will go above and beyond in my duties to make sure my students succeed in their endeavors.

My teaching primarily involves answering questions, clarifying concepts, working on test strategies, and guiding students to form a method to answer various different types of questions. I'm also very patient with my students, and always available on immediate notice if needed. I've also been trained to tutor students with learning disabilities.
I've tutored Economics and Finance to all levels of undergraduate students and recently completed my master's in economics (December 2021). Ideally, an undergraduate student (ranging from Freshman to Senior) can approach me for tutoring!
I've been certified by CRLA (College Reading and Learning Association). It is a national association that certifies tutoring programs across the country.
