Sucharita, is Amazing Chef! Her ability to develop a strong menu and bring creativity to any dish was unrivalled. She looks at cooking as an art and she is a very accomplished artist. Her cooking reminds me of the saying "we eat with our eyes first".

Sucharita is a Great teacher! She‘s very passionate about cooking and taught me how to make paneer from scratch. She‘s very outgoing and it seems like she loves teaching people:)
