I'm a Health & PE teacher with qualifications and experience in Sport & Recreation and fitness. I have experience teaching nutrition, training principles, energy systems, and biomechanics and can confidently say I will help you towards your fitness goals and towards understanding how these things work in a simple way.

I'll also teach you the reasons behind what goes into the plan using simple biomechanics, training principles and nutritional science so you feel equipped and confident to make adjustments to the plan to help keep you on track.
