I am currently a corporate associate at a top ten international law firm, specialising in corporate law.
My experience includes advising a management team on the £270 million sale of shares to a global private equity firm, and acting for a leading Manchester-based developer of UK knowledge labs and office space on a £500 million investment, contributing to the creation of a real estate portfolio valued at approximately £1.5 billion.
I graduated from the University of Manchester with a first-class honours degree and was a participant in the Manchester Gold Programme. I went on to complete the LPC and an LLM at the University of Law in Birmingham, achieving a distinction.
