About Shamsuddin
I am a qualified Corporate Secretary and an experienced audit and governance professional with extensive exposure to multinational organizations across banking, insurance, financial services, and the not-for-profit sector.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Over the years, I have enjoyed helping students understand challenging concepts by simplifying them and relating them to real business situations. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student gain confidence in a subject they once found difficult.

My teaching methodology is centred on making Corporate Law practical, interesting, and easy to understand. Rather than simply memorising legal provisions, I help students understand the rationale behind the law and how it applies in real business situations.
Having worked closely with Heads of Legal, Company Secretaries, senior executives and BOD in large multinational organisations, I bring practical insights and real-life corporate examples into every lesson. This enables students to appreciate not only what the law requires but also how companies implement those requirements in practice.
I explain concepts using practical illustrations, case studies, and real business scenarios to make learning engaging and memorable. My objective is to simplify complex legal concepts, strengthen your understanding, and build the confidence needed to excel in assignments, examinations, and your future professional career. Every lesson is tailored to your individual learning style and academic goals.
