I am a Cornell University Engineering graduate, Professional Ski Instructor, and Summer Camp Director. I have extensive experience teaching complex skills in fun and engaging ways whether its how to start a fire, how to ski moguls, or how to take an integral.

My tutoring sessions focus on understanding what we are doing, not just memorizing tricks to get through our math and physics homework. I am excellent at breaking complex problems down to the foundational level and giving students the tools they need to solve EVERY problem they encounter in class, not just the problem they are struggling with today.
I adapt to the student's learning styles and find the best one-on-one style for them. I don't believe in a cookie-cutter approach that forces students to learn in a way that is uncomfortable or unfamiliar.
