About Shula
Hello, my name is Shula and I was a vegetarian when I was a teenager. At that time, the supply of vegetarian and even vegan food was not expanding unfortulately as much as in 2020. As a result, I had to learn to eat differently and learn to cook to reach my daily nutrition goals everyday without animal meat.
For this cooking class, I will teach you the basics of gluten and vegetable meat.

My cooking class is very simple and easy to access. You will need very few ingredients, lots of water and a good amount of patience.
