I teach in a casual way, I don't mind questions or repeating things, I understand that cooking can seem very foreign.
I use clear recipes and techniques that have been professionally tested and are common practice in the industry. Measured by Weight (preferred) or Volume.
First I break everything into understandable and manageable tasks. Then, we address each task, in order of operations and by times and temperatures.
I am familiar with the pitfalls and areas of importance that make a dish a success.
