Language rarely exists in a vacuum away from the heart of a culture. Teaching requires 15 years of consistent practice to truly understand the nuance of human connection. I hold a BA in Latin American Music Studies from UCLA, which informs how I perceive the rhythm of speech.
Students from teens to professionals seek me out to bridge the gap between textbook grammar and actual conversation. I keep things grounded.
