About Elika

Contortion and gymnastics are my true passions in life. I started my journey as a self-taught contortionist when I was 16. I am a firm believer that the body achieves what the mind believes. That is why I never limited myself to thinking that I had to start as a child to become very flexible. Growing up I took one class of ballet as a young child and that was the first time I connected with my body when it came to flexibility. Even after I stopped the class, this feeling stuck with me up until today. Today I feel confident to share the things that I've learned throughout my journey to help others to take their body flexibility to the next level!

About the lesson

I believe everyone, at any age, can be flexible and increase their body's flexibility. We carry limitations within our bodies throughout the day, I want to help you minimize those limitations and to feel free!

My lessons are based on each individual's level of flexibility, their own body type, and their unique goals. I look at each person's history of body flexibility, whether you have experience in any sort of body movement or not.

I help you achieve your goals and your body's mobility while keeping it fun!
