About Mazigh
I am an actor-fighter: that means that I am a film actor and one of my main skills is combat. I come from Karate where I was vice champion of Seine et Marne and black belt. I also went through French boxing at university, then boxing (which I have continued since 2016) and since May 2019 I started Muay Thai. I have been a private coach for 2 years, mainly in boxing and fitness.

My methodology is you! So certainly it easy and so 90s to say that, but it's true: I adapt to you, your needs, your desires. The goal is to see evolution together. I like to allow time for warming up and stretching, sometimes work on breathing as well (notions in sophrology and meditation).
