About Bernard
I graduated in Film Scoring and Composition from the prestigious College of Music with a minor in Conducting. During my studies I was the assistant conductor of the Berklee Contemporary Symphony Orchestra (conducted and produced a flash mob with over 2 million views, led the rehearsal for the Lord of the Rings Symphony concert in Boston Symphony Hall) and the conductor of the Berklee Silent Film Orchestra, which I led in San Francisco, New York, and Boston among other cities. I furthered my conducting training in Germany, Austria, and Spain. Recently I have conducted the Geneva Sinfonietta, the Tale of Fantasy Orchestra (epic music), and the 7th Art Orchestra (silent films). I also conduct regularly recording sessions for film soundtracks in the studio.

I always adapt my teaching method to my students' needs and experience. Conducting is a very complex field and I focus on improving one issue at a time through custom exercises tailored to the student. At the same time I give the tools to analyse one's strength and weaknesses and use use every new experience as a learning experience.
