About Marissa
I have always been passionate about art. I have conducted online painting workshops themed on travel. I have an Instagram page on which I upload my artwork for reference @theminitravelcanvas. I have found my passion in teaching art and am open to teaching children who want to learn a new hobby and require guidance to equip themselves with various creative techniques.

I choose themes like travel and choose travel destinations to paint. The pictures are inspired by my own travel photographs and other photographers travel photographs so there are no copies of paintings. The students learn how to scale their drawings in proportion and learn about light and shadows. My favourite part about this topic is that I can take the participants on a virtual tour of the destination while we are painting it.
By the end of the class each participant has an original painting as their very own souvenir of that destination.
