I’m an experienced Computer Science teacher who has been teaching AP Computer Science A (Java) since 2009. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of students build strong programming foundations, gain confidence in computer science, and successfully prepare for the AP exam.
My students have earned an average AP exam score of 4.0, with approximately a 90% pass rate (scores of 3 or higher).
I specialize in helping students understand why code works—not simply memorize syntax. My lessons focus on developing strong problem-solving and programming skills through clear explanations, guided practice, and real-world examples.
