About Houssam

Hello, my name is Houssam. I am a computer science student from Morocco with a strong background in programming and mathematics. I had the honor of representing my country in the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI), the most prestigious programming competition in the world for high school students. This experience not only deepened my technical expertise but also sharpened my problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills at an international level. In addition to my achievements in computer science, I studied Advanced Mathematics for two years, which provided me with a solid foundation in logical reasoning and abstract thinking. These skills are essential not only for competitive programming but also for teaching programming concepts in a clear and structured way. Over the years, I have tutored numerous Moroccan students in programming and mathematics. My teaching approach is highly professional and effective: I focus on simplifying complex ideas, encouraging active problem-solving, and building confidence through hands-on practice. I adapt my lessons to each student’s level and goals, whether they are complete beginners or already have some experience in coding. My passion lies in sharing knowledge and inspiring younger students to explore the world of programming, algorithms, and game development. By combining theory with practical projects, I make sure my students not only understand the concepts but also enjoy the learning process.

About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is based on making programming both accessible and exciting. I believe students learn best when theory is paired with hands-on practice, so I focus on interactive projects, real-world examples, and problem-solving challenges that spark creativity.

· Wrap-up: Reflection on what was learned and preview of the next lesson.
