About Ovia
I hold a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Information Technology, academic paths that allowed me to explore both theoretical foundations and applied development. Over 12 years of teaching, I have guided learners through programming with a focus on clarity, adaptability, and confidence-building. Teaching has shown me that successful learning depends on understanding logic, not memorization.
My teaching philosophy centers on structured explanation and learner empowerment. I focus on helping students see patterns, debug thoughtfully, and reason through problems step by step. Lessons are adjusted to individual pace, ensuring learners feel supported while developing independence and confidence in their skills.
Outside teaching, I remain engaged with programming through personal projects, technical reading, and continuous learning. These experiences keep my lessons relevant and practical. Teaching programming is rewarding because I witness learners move from hesitation to confidence. Supporting that growth continues to inspire my work.
