About Bob
I am a software engineer with 30+ years of professional experience. I no longer work in industry but continue to teach C and C++ at BCIT. I also tutor on the side including high school students interested in learning to code.

My lessons are specifically tailored to the student's goals and abilities.
PLEASE NOTE: Until the end of the pandemic, I am limiting my tutoring sessions to online sessions, usually through Zoom. The remainder of my post below will not apply as long as the pandemic is with us.
I usually meet with students at a library or on one of the BCIT campuses. In the case of high school students, I will go to a student's home in some cases.
