About Joanne
I am a Computer Engineer with First Class Honors, driven to teach because I want to make a real difference in how students experience learning. I understand the challenges of grasping complex subjects and aim to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence. Teaching allows me to connect with students individually, understand their unique learning styles, and guide them toward clarity and mastery. I chose this path to help students see learning as an exciting journey rather than a chore, empowering them to achieve their goals while fostering a genuine love for knowledge and personal growth.
I find it incredibly rewarding to see students grow more confident and capable as they begin to understand concepts that once seemed challenging!

I believe every student can succeed when the right guidance and approach are provided. My teaching focuses on simplifying complex concepts into clear, logical steps so students can truly understand what they are learning. I adapt my lessons to each student’s pace and learning style, creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. Rather than memorizing answers, students learn how to think critically and solve problems with confidence. My goal is to build strong fundamentals, improve academic performance, and help students develop a lasting confidence in their abilities and a genuine interest in learning.
