I graduated as a computer engineer from EPITA. I am very knowledgeable in generic C / C ++, as well as in specific fields (C system / real-time, C++ video games). Having a long experience of development in both languages, as well as an excellent overview of their workings, I am able to train someone on the subject, no matter his initial knowledge.
The goals of the course, according to the level and desires of the student:
- Mastery of the C / C++ syntax (keywords, scopes)
- Compilation of a program (compiler, linker, static libraries)
- Understanding of the execution of a program (including notions specific to the Linux environment)
- Concepts of C (data types, operators, pointers, allocations, strings, structures, standard library)
- C++ concepts (data, STL, templating, operators, memory management, classes, OOP, visibility)
- C / C++ debugging tools, execution analysis
Course methodology: learning by example, use of course materials, exercises to be completed out of the course and corrected with the student. The subjects of the course and the order of learning will vary from one student to another, depending on the needs and priorities.
