About Sean
My methodology is based on analyzing the student on the guitar and his level of musical experience, both practical on the instrument and listening to music, giving him a foundation in the fundamentals of the technique and the theory of the instrument and general musical theory. The apprenticeship may be applicable to THE ("Teste de Habilidade Específica" or in literal translation, "Specific Skill Test") of Brazilian Music Universities, regardless of whether the student wants the university or not. I believe that, regardless of his choice, the student will be able to understand the minimum of what I intend to pass, in order to give him a better advantage in his ear.

Using the knowledge of the technical guitar course at the Brazilian Music Conservatory and the Composition course at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, I intend to give classes to beginning and intermediate students, analyzing and respecting the cultural context that they have, in order to be able to apply to several other contexts / genres. I will be a teacher who will focus a lot on the foundation of the guitar and guitar technique, as they are essential for any level of musical complexity.

At the present moment of 2020, i'm still adapting to the pandemic situation. I have conditions to give lessons and i pretend to say everytime as possible if there's a situation that i may have to cancel and rearrange another day for the lessons.
