About Tanvika
I’m a vocal coach with over 5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Music Production, with a focus on Vocal Engineering. I specialize in working with singer-songwriters, helping students of all ages—from school learners to adults and professionals—develop their original sound. Whether you're just starting out or polishing songs for release, I offer personalized lessons that meet you where you are. I guide students through lyric writing, melodic structure, and vocal phrasing to bring emotional depth to each performance. My lessons often include guitar or piano for basic self-accompaniment, so you can confidently support your voice while writing or performing. I also cover key areas like ear training, harmony, music theory, and vocal improvisation. My teaching helps you connect with your voice in a natural, expressive way. I place strong emphasis on safe technique and building long-term vocal health. Every lesson is supportive, interactive, and focused on your personal growth. My teaching approach focuses on preparing singers for strong, confident performances—especially in audition settings. I guide students through every part of the process, from selecting the right songs to delivering them with control and emotion. Lessons are interactive and supportive, designed to build trust in your voice and style. I include vocal warm-ups, technique-building exercises, and personalized feedback to help you grow.
We also work on stage presence, expression, and connecting with your audience. Managing performance anxiety is a big part of what I teach. I provide tools like breathing exercises, visualization, and mock auditions to help you stay calm and focused under pressure. My students learn how to walk into a room and sing with intention.
I’m especially strong in supporting adult beginners and advanced teens, giving them the confidence to shine.
