My approach is based on structured online learning combined with reflective, written feedback. I do not offer traditional live tutoring sessions. Instead, I provide access to a self-paced online course focusing on compassionate elder care, dignity, communication and professional awareness in everyday care situations. The course is designed to support thoughtful reflection and professional development rather than formal instruction or clinical training. Teaching methodology and techniques The course uses: -short, focused video modules -real-life care scenarios -guided reflection questions -written reflective assignments Participants are encouraged to connect the course content to their own care practice. Reflection is central to my methodology, as it supports professional judgement, ethical awareness and compassionate care. Written feedback and guidance Participants may choose to submit a written reflection. I provide one structured, written feedback response, focusing on clarity, relevance and professional insight. This process is asynchronous and does not include ongoing dialogue or live sessions. Typical length of a lesson Course lessons are short and focused, typically 5–15 minutes per video. The course is completed at the participant’s own pace. Written feedback is provided within an agreed timeframe after submission. Qualifications and experience I have extensive experience in education, course development and administration, with a strong background in adult learning and online education. My work focuses on developing reflective learning resources for caregivers and care staff in institutional and home-based care settings. Who the lessons are for This course is intended for: -adult caregivers -care assistants and support workers -professionals working in elder care -volunteers and individuals seeking professional reflection The course is suitable for adult learners at beginner to intermediate level. No formal qualifications are required.
