About Christopher
I am also an experienced Professional Chef with a demonstrated history of working within the hospitality/food-service industries - gaining awards for businesses I have had the honor of being in service to.
Noel Coward said, "Work is more fun than fun". I enjoy challenges which require problem solving and prefer to motivate team members with the view to them being able to hold their own – as opposed to holding a proverbial sword of Damocles over their heads.
I do, at times, find myself to be exacting - however within the hospitality sector the devil is truly in the detail; I therefore regard myself as truly being wired for the service industry.
