About Rita
I have a deep passion for holistic health and have spent the last 17 years assisting myself and others learn the skills required to enhance ones quality of life simply by changing how one looks at life, how they think and what they think. The human body is capable of doing amazing things when it is supported to do so with the right food, drink, movement, rest and sleep. I am a Holistic Health practitioner who loves helping people find the right balance in their lives through diet and exercise because I believe we can only be our best if we treat ourselves like we are.
