About Finlay
I studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at A level before continuing on to complete my commercial flight training at Oxford with a B.Sc. in Air Transport Management. Since then I have been flying for 2 years whilst tutoring other flight students for technical exams and in crew resource management. (Interpersonal Skills)

I strongly believe in teaching from first principles, simplifying ideas and concepts to allow us to start from where you understand. Utilising techniques I have leveraged in flying commercial aircraft to improve task prioritisation and confidence. Currently focusing on tutoring for 11+ and GCSE students but will happily discuss teaching to other levels. Lesson times are variable but 1 hour recommended.
