About Sanjana

I am a Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for education. Currently, I am preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, which has strengthened my command over English and general communication. Previously, I worked as a Supervisor in a reputed pharmaceutical company, where I successfully trained and managed over 300 employees, helping them improve their communication and workplace skills. About the lesson

1. Emotion-Based Learning I design lessons around emotions (like happiness, anger, surprise) using short dialogues or videos, helping students connect words to feelings for better recall and natural usage. 2. Theme Days Each day of the week has a theme—like Movie Monday (learning from scenes), Talk Tuesday (live speaking practice), or Wordplay Wednesday (vocabulary games). This keeps learners excited and consistent. 3. Accent Imitation Drills We listen to short clips of British or American English and mimic them together to improve intonation, rhythm, and clarity in speech. 4. Comic Strip Conversations I use simple comic strips to build dialogues and improve sentence construction, imagination, and grammar understanding in a fun way. 5. Shadowing Technique Students repeat after native speakers in real time (like echoing a sentence), which helps develop natural rhythm and fluency in English. 6. Problem-Solution Role Plays I create real-world “problem-solving” scenarios (e.g., resolving a customer complaint) where students must communicate clearly and correctly in English. 7. Language Vision Board Students make a vision board with their goals (in English), and we use it regularly in sessions to create positive association with learning. 8.
