About MANOJ
I am and Air Veteran and have been dealing with groups discussions where every one is motivated and groomed to speak in public with perfect attitude. I had done my PG in Sociology and like to play with data base programs in computers.

I get the input from the students, study them and then work on the weakness without even letting the student know about his short comings. I just say him that the way he / she is thinking is good but a different way will be always an add on. Then I give each individual a topic and ask them the get the data as many as possible. if feasible, then give them the platform to speak and slowing and gradually groom them to become a good orator.
