About Izzy
I am Belle I am a training nurse, I have done yoga for a long time now and it has really helped me with my mental health and gaining flexibility again! I also use to have back pains which slowly disappeared over time!
I want to help people understand what yoga is and show that is it a comfortable state for someone to be in!
