About Dominique
I grew up in a family of musicians who always pushed me to do what I loved. I started playing violin in the 5th grade and picked the information up fairly quickly. However, everybody is different when it comes to learning different things, especially music. Now, I am fluent in all five of the musical clefs, and while I’m still learning music myself, I am fully willing to pass on what I am learning to others.
Music is a language within itself. It takes patience, discipline, time, and plenty of practice. As a teacher, I am willing to work with you on whatever you need help on!

I’m a pretty laid back person who enjoys making the boring thing in life fun! Since I am still a college student, I will primarily focus on:
- Elementary and Middle School students who show interest in music
- High schoolers and college students who didn’t get into music at an earlier age
Lesson plan varies on the students age and skill level, but we will focus on learning to read music, how to properly hold an instrument, how to improve your performance, and much more. If there’s anything specific that the student would like to learn, I am happy to explore it!
