About Grace
I have two years of tutoring experience in the following subjects: Elementary Mathematics, English/Grammar, Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Algebra, Geometry, and Speech. I have tutored elementary, middle, and high school students, so I am equipped to teach a variety of ages. Currently, I am studying English and Secondary Education, so the education classes have also equipped me to teach material and formulate lesson plans.

I tutor lessons for elementary and middle school students. I approach tutoring with the intent of helping students acquire the necessary skills to continue to succeed in the material when not in tutoring. By teaching them study skills and learning how they understand material, I can personalize the lesson plans to meet their specific needs. The goal is to produce learning, not just help students pass tests and then forget the information. Subjects build on previous lessons, so students must truly learn material in order to succeed in later classes.
