I am an undergrad chemical engineer at Texas A&M University and have been helping my peers succeed in classes such as calculus and AP Chemistry for several years now. I have more experience helping people learn in a one-on-one setting but have also helped people in small groups.

I think the most effective way to learn is by doing examples of each type of problem step-by-step while explaining the logic of every step to understand the theory and concepts. This way a student will be able to take those concepts and apply them to related problems.
