About Sarah
I started learning french when I was 11 years old. I continued through high school, went on a class group trip to france and fell in love with the language and culture. I passed the AP french exam and received the Oregon seal of Biliteracy before I graduated high school in 2021.
In my college career, I took the stamp test and was able to test out of all lower division french courses. I recently spent my summer abroad in France and was placed in the highest group in my program.
Though I am knowledgeable about many different aspects of the language, my specialty has to be in phonetics and vocabulary. My goal is to always be understandable without sounding stif. Speaking is one of the scariest things, I'm here to make it a little easier.
