About Tatyana
As a tutor, it is my responsibility to help you expand on your learning in the best way that I can. This includes catering to your learning needs and abilities as they're expressed or learned. I want your learning experience to go as smoothly as possible while offering the proper support you may need. I also understand that as a student it's important for me to consider the various challenges that my students may face when they're not tutoring with me. I actively seek positive relationships with students as I feel as if learning can not occur when the student is uncomfortable with the person delivering the learning.

I conduct my teaching through activity-based learning. I want learning math to be fun and interactive as I firsthand see the lack of student interest in math. I'd ensure that the activities and lesson include the tutees' interests as well as a clear objective and goal for me and the tutee to work towards. I also utilize positive reinforcement with those that I do aid because I understand how hard math can be and I know that sometimes a little extra help is the push students needs to learn!
My lessons will be specifically catered to elementary, middle, and early high school students who are taking lower-level/ basic math course up to geometry.
