I am a Coffs Harbour-based artist and creative leader with over a decade of experience bridging the gap between technical digital design and tactile fine art. My professional background is rooted in ten years of project leadership and team facilitation; where I specialized in managing complex group dynamics and removing obstacles to ensure a psychologically safe, productive environment.
Through my independent practice, Primitive Wildflower; I explore the intersections of nature and the subconscious using a diverse toolkit that includes expressive abstract painting; intricate symbolic line drawing; and ceramics. This multidisciplinary approach is grounded in a disciplined, iterative process—drawing on Agile methodologies to ensure every project moves from concept to completion with intention.
