My personal training sessions are designed to keep you motivated and help you achieve real results. Classes for all people and children aged 15 and up. I focus on ensuring every training session is done very well as I teach. I'm always there at every session in every repetition of the exercise, taking care of you and motivating you. 1 hour of exercise is enough, $50-$80 per session
