About Raju
Hello, I’m Raju Sharma. With a background as a Clinical Dietitian and a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer, I provide a science-based approach to fitness that goes beyond basic weight loss.
Many people struggle with fitness because of underlying health issues or recurring injuries. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between clinical nutrition and physical training. Whether you are managing a metabolic condition (like Fatty Liver or Diabetes) or recovering from a physical injury, I design programs that heal your body while getting you into the best shape of your life.

My classes are not "one-size-fits-all." Because I am a Clinical Dietitian and a Level 3 Trainer, every session is designed to be safe, effective, and result-oriented. Whether we meet online or in person, here is what you can expect
1. Initial Consultation & Assessment
Before we lift a single weight, I perform a thorough assessment of your:
Medical History:
Understanding any clinical conditions like Fatty Liver, Diabetes, or Thyroid issues.
Postural & Injury Analysis:
Checking for muscle imbalances or old injuries that need rehabilitation.
Nutritional Habits:Analyzing your current diet to find the gaps.
2. Customized Workout Programming
Every class is tailored to your specific goal:
For Injury Rehab:We focus on corrective exercises, mobility, and strengthening the joints.
For Fat Loss/Muscle Gain:We use a combination of Strength Training and High-Intensity intervals, ensuring 100% correct form to prevent future injuries.
Clinical Integration: I explain the "why" behind every movement so you understand how it benefits your specific health condition.
3. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
The class doesn't end when the workout is over. I provide:
Weekly Diet Reviews: Adjusting your clinical nutrition plan based on your progress.
Form Correction: If we are training online, I use real-time video feedback to ensure your posture is perfect.
Progress Tracking:Monthly body composition analysis and strength benchmarks.
4. Atmosphere
I maintain a motivating, disciplined, yet supportive environment. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge to eventually manage your own fitness and health independently.

I have been training under Raju's guidance for the last few months and the results are incredible! This has always been an online 1-1 training session for 3 to 4 times a week.
I'm 29years old and had a sensitive back for many years due to an injury in the gym. However, with a customised training plan, I could see and feel the positive changes in my body - within the first 3 months, my back felt stronger, I felt more confident in the gym and my back pain was completely gone.
I have new goals now and continue to gym every week.
A recent personal victory was - I started with a maximum 15second continuous plank on day 1 and within almost 5 months of starting, I've just recently done a plank for 2mins 35 seconds and aim to achieve a 3mins goal in the coming days.

First of all , I would say Raju sir is a very humble person and on the top I am very much confident he is one of the best trainer to get train with. He himself will set the standards high with his workout skilss, wether it's cross fitness, heavy workout at gym or streny training and flexibility by giving yoga sessions too...
