About Martha
Hi I’m Martha, a Classics undergraduate at the University of Cambridge. I completed my A-levels in 2025, receiving 3 A*s as well as 11 Grade 9 GCSEs. I have tutored Latin and Maths for the past 2 years and love helping students develop their skills and grow their confidence. I think the fact that I completed GCSEs and A-levels recently makes me more relatable to students and I also try and provide lots of exam tips and techniques that helped me.

Hi, I’m Martha and I’m offering Latin tutoring to students up to A-level Latin. I received a 9 in GCSE Latin and an A* in A-level Latin this year so am very familiar with the courses and the language and grammar that students are required to learn. I have experience in tutoring KS3 Latin and adapt my lessons to suit students’ level and needs, with a focus on areas that they struggle with. I aim to make lessons engaging using various teaching methods, focusing on both clearly explaining grammar points and helping students to build on their vocabulary. I am happy to provide lessons between 45 minutes and 1 hour and typically use Zoom. Please get in touch if I can help!
