About Mateo
I am an MMA fighter with 5 years of experience, I have also trained Cross Training for a couple years and been going for the gym for the last 4 years, from which 2 were with a personal trainer for myself. I have 1.5 years of personal trainer experience both in a gym and with bodyweight exercises. I have also been coaching MMA and other martial arts for beginners for over a year now.

I also provide training programs for both building muscle and burning Fat fast with high intensity routines based on Cross Training, Calisthenics and cardio boxing/Muay Thai.
I also offer dietary guidelines and gym coaching.
