About Claire
After 12 years in Mexico, here I am back in France.
I have always practiced a sport since the age of 4 (dance, martial arts...).
I was a Bellydance teacher when I started my first yoga class in 2012 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. I took classes for the simple pleasure at first then in 2019 I passed my first Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga.
Following an operation in 2020, I was limited in my movements and that's when I discovered yin yoga and it was a revelation. So I decided to specialize in it so that I could share the benefits of this wonderful practice.

Yin yoga is a gentle, passive and slow yoga. It is a subtle practice with significant benefits on our physical, energetic, mental and emotional bodies.
We slowly enter the posture and maintain it for several minutes. The goal is to relax the muscles and be able to reach the joints and ligaments as well as "release" the fascias (connective tissues). Thus, Yin mobilizes Chi energy through the meridians and energy channels of our body, providing an energetic, physical, mental and emotional balance of our being.
The challenge is not to go far in posture but far in time.
