About Phumela
Hello everyone, welcome to our online English class! My name is Pushie and I'm excited to be your teacher. I come from a unique background. Before becoming an English teacher, I studied civil engineering and worked in the field for 4 years. This experience has given me a strong foundation in problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication. However, my passion for teaching and language learning led me to pursue a TEFL certification. This training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to create engaging, interactive, and effective English lessons. As a teacher, I believe that learning should be fun, interactive, and tailored to each student's needs. My goal is to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where you feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and improving your English skills.
