About Dan
I started tutoring in my upper years of high school in an after-school tutoring program for younger students. During summers I began my own direct freelance tutoring work with friends and community members.
I graduated high school with high honours (made honour's list all four years). I accumulated multiple academic awards, including two Best Overall Academic Performances.
I applied to university with a 95% average and finished the first year of my engineering degree at Western University on the Dean's Honour List.

I believe when learning any new concepts (especially in the math and science world) it is just as important to learn the Why as to learn the How. When a student has a grasp of why a certain method or technique is used it becomes much easier to make sense of how to use it.
Alongside my step-by-step breakdown of relevant and encompassing exercise problems. I teach students the necessary skills and habits to succeed in high school and/or university.
