I tutored elementary, middle and high school math as a student at Brandeis, and wrote lesson plans for high school science classes. Also, I served as a City Year AmeriCorps Member at the Condon K-8, teaching English, math, music, and theater.

I incorporate both visual and non-visual learning strategies into my tutoring. When students struggle with certain math problems, I ask them strategic questions to lead them to the correct answer. At the end of every lesson, I conjure up my own questions to test if they understand that day's material and consolidate their learning.
