About Mathew
I am Chef Mathew, I am currently 24 years old and have graduated in Culinary Arts and Business. The reason I want to lecture is because I believe Education and creativity is key. I have worked in 1 Lodge, 2 Hotels and 2 Bakeries earning me an extensive understanding of food preparation and the workings behind it. I believe not just in lecturing the student but helping them grow and growing with them to Achieve their Goals.
