About Maya

I hold a BSc in Medicinal Chemistry and have over 4 years of tutoring experience, guiding students through the fascinating world of molecules and reactions. About the lesson

My teaching approach in Chemistry is centered on making concepts simple, clear, and practical for students. I guide learners through key topics such as stoichiometry, balancing equations, chemical reactions, and reaction kinetics with a step-by-step problem-solving method. Each lesson is designed to break down complex theories into smaller, easy-to-understand parts.

I use real examples and practical exercises so students can see how chemical change works in real life. Stoichiometry and equations often feel difficult, but I show clear methods to calculate them with accuracy and confidence. My lessons also highlight how reactions progress over time, so students can connect theory with experiments.

I make use of tools like Cell Explorer and Biotech Dreamer to build curiosity and make learning more interactive. These tools help students visualize processes and deepen their knowledge of how chemistry connects with biotechnology. I believe learning is not about memorizing but about understanding.

Every student has a unique style of learning, so I provide tailored guidance to fit their pace and strengths. I make sure their calculations are correct, precise, and fully explained. My focus is always on building confidence and making them ready for both exams and future studies.
