I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies in the fascinating world of food preservation and analysis. I’ve always been curious about the chemical changes that occur during food spoilage — what causes flavors to shift, textures to break down, and nutrients to degrade. That curiosity has fueled my deep dive into antioxidants, emulsifiers, and the science behind canning, drying, and fermentation.
