I’m a passionate Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. One of my favorite areas is food preservation chemistry — it’s fascinating how chemistry plays a vital role in keeping our food safe and fresh. I love exploring the chemical changes behind food spoilage and how antioxidants and emulsifiers work to extend shelf life. Together, we dive into the science behind preservation methods like canning, drying, and fermentation.
